GEOSYST SR PVC membranes are designed to create waterproofing coatings for all types of buildings, including residential, public, administrative, agricultural, or sports facilities. Our PVC membranes are suitable for all structural solutions of roofs, with or without ventilation, for combined roofs, for flat and sloping roofs, for roofs with gravel or soil fillings, for green roofs and rooftop gardens.
GEOSYST SR PVC membrane systems can be installed on all commonly used substrates (concrete, lightweight concrete, wood, polystyrene, polyurethane, mineral fiber boards, etc.), both in the construction of new buildings and in the reconstruction, repair, and modernization of existing structures.
The PVC membrane seams are welded together, providing high mechanical strength and waterproofing. The welding temperature depends on the thickness and type of the membrane, the type of welding equipment, the welding speed, the temperature and humidity of the environment and the substrate, the wind speed, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the tests conducted in the specific geographical location of the construction project.
We recommend conducting test welds with different settings of the welding equipment before starting the work, and based on the strength test results of the welded seam, select the optimal parameters for the specific conditions. For welding our membranes, we recommend using PWT brand hot air welding equipment.
Roofing with PVC membranes allows for long-term resistance to corrosion caused by atmospheric conditions. The addition of high-quality stabilizers makes the PVC membrane resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
Roofing with PVC membranes is resistant to chemically aggressive environments, industrial emissions, increased wind loads, and withstands puncture and tearing.
GEOSYST PVC membranes have high strength while maintaining elasticity. They have stable operational parameters over a wide temperature range, from -30°C to +80°C. The surface of the PVC membrane reflects solar heat radiation well and minimally absorbs it.
GEOSYST PVC membrane has an optimal level of water vapor permeability and facilitates continuous moisture diffusion from the roof covering to the surrounding environment.
Our PVC membrane roofing does not require special maintenance throughout its service life, only regular inspections of specific areas of the structure.
In case of mechanical damage to the PVC membrane roofing, quick repairs are possible.
GEOSYST ST PVC membranes are also designed for use as the primary waterproofing layer in the construction of tunnels, buildings, and various structures. The PVC membrane features a signal layer for quick identification of surface damage locations.
Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce PVC membranes in the required volume according to the customer’s technical specifications. Technical specifications for the roofing PVC membrane, produced according to base standards, can be obtained upon request in the «Contacts» section.
